Free extra parking bays available on request.
Bookings of 2 nights require full payment.
|Booking||Occasionally we can have you arrive before 2pm or arrive late, please enquire.|
|Multiple Bookings||Even though the price does not discount automatically when 2 or more apartments are booked, the discount gets taken off before monies are taken.|
|Deposits||£200.00 per week (unless by prior arrangement).
2 night stays require full payment (unless by prior arrangement).
Deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment of deposit is an acceptance of our terms and conditions.
|Balances||to be paid in full 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL. You can pay all (or part) of your outstanding balance in advance here.|
|Cancellation Insurance||Please note cancellation insurance is advised, as deposits are non-refundable. Also, any holidays that are cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival are not refunded, and full payment will be due.|
Between 2PM and 4PM unless otherwise arranged as we do not live on the premises but 1 ½ miles away.
When you eventually set off a courtesy text to 07940 007092 would be much appreciated so we have an idea of arrival time.
We ask you to leave your mobiles on as we can let you know of any roadworks in Blackpool that have set up.
A complimentary hospitality tray will be waiting for you on arrival.

|Departure||All apartments must be vacated by 10AM on the morning of departure, unless we can oblige a later time; but only on arrival we'll know. Guests wishing to depart later than 12pm will be required to pay for an extra night.|
|Luggage||Assistance will be given to all guests whenever possible.|
|Security||CCTV on front, side and back of building, including in main hallway. This is all monitored on screen at owners home. 24 hour phone number gives access to owners.|
|Gas & Electricity||Gas central heating is self controlled in each room.
Electricity not metered.
|Cots & Highchairs||Supplied, no charge. Please note baby's bedding only NOT supplied - mum's choice.|
|Food Shopping||Why not shop for your food online with Sainsburys (Preston).

or speak to the Sainsburys on 0800 328 1700.
Have it delivered on your day of arrival (MUST ONLY BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 12PM & 2PM - except by prior arrangement) and we'll unpack it for you in your apartment saving you precious holiday time!
Please inform us of all deliveries & their timeslots, as we don't live on the premises.
